What are your thoughts on Santonio Holmes being traded to the Jets for a 5th round draft pick?

I think the Steelers are making a bold statement and the organization has really won my respect. It is a great message to the players.

    Kudos to the Steelers for actually having some integrity in their organization. Santonio Holmes doesn`t seem to have a clue how to keep himself out of trouble.

    The Steelers did what they needed to do, which was move on from the trouble he was causing. It`s good to know that the Steelers don`t just care about winning, they care about the character of their players.

    The Rooneys have class and won`t put up with constant bad behavior problems. The Steelers will find a suitable replacement and plus we already have Mike Wallace who will be an up and coming player and Hines Ward who is a verteran.

    The Steeler did what they needed to do.

    BTW, like the new avatar, little bit of a vintage thing going on there! :D
